Testimonials

Glenn was really, really good to work with, and really, really good at his job. A creative who has the life experience to actually understand the context of communications, the talent to come up with really brilliant ideas, the patience to churn our reams of excellent copy despite high pressure conditions and the brains to analyse and ultimately improve upon a brief.

I worked with him on all sorts of projects: dull work, exciting work, new business pitches, ambitious digital projects, little crappy banners, small clients, big clients – and every time I dealt with him, I thought – here’s a guy who actually “gets it”. As I mentioned earlier, really, really good. Here’s the call to action. Hire him.

Con Frantzeskos – Founder of Penso agency

Glenn worked with Con at DDB Melbourne and Ogilvy, and has been a lead creative at Penso agency since its inception.

Quality long-copy writers are hard to find these days – especially if you’re looking to hire someone under the age of 60.

Glenn is a rarity, and one of the few writers i’d recommend. He can switch tone of voice effortlessly, understands writing for different mediums, and works at lightening speed.

I’d hire him in a second, and i’d advise you to do the same.

Stefanie DiGianvincenzo – Global Creative Director of Cotton On

Glenn worked with Stefanie at DDB and Apostrophe.

I worked with Glenn on a contract to create a sub-brand for World Vision called ‘Stir’, which was an engagement strategy, appealing to young Australians to “give a damn about poverty”. When it came to writing for the website (the main brand channel 2004-2010), Glenn’s sharp wordsmithing skills were instrumental in educating our target audience. He made explaining complicated global poverty concepts in a new and engaging way look easy (hint: it’s not.). Glenn helped our team to keep it real and you’ll probably never work with a nicer bloke, so he’s super highly recommended!

Adam Valvasori – Advocacy Lead at World Vision

Glenn and Adam worked together, client-side, at World Vision and Save the Children.

“Good copywriters are few and far between these days. Good copywriters that can write for different channels are even fewer. Glenn has an amazing ability to adapt to any brief and produce engaging copy. Large or small, digital or direct, Glenn does not shy away from the task at hand. I highly recommend Glenn as a copywriter for any job. His ability to adapt to many writing styles and tones is what sets him apart from the rest.”

Daniel Hewitt – Managing Director of Exposure

Glenn worked with Daniel when he was the Technical Director at DDB Melbourne

To write a recommendation for a copywriter as brilliant as Glenn is a daunting task. The words I choose will be vastly inadequate for what he deserves.

However I’ll try. Glenn is:

– clever
– insightful
– extremely talented
– funny
– reliable
– a top bloke

Renee Frantzeskos – Senior Account Director

Glenn worked with Renee when she was an account executive at DDB and later worked for Renee when she was Creative Services manager at Ogilvy.
